Pastor Jason & Yukei Oceguera

Pastor Jason started in ministry at 8 years old as the church drummer. Helping his father, pastor Art Oceguera, as a church musician he quickly began to see the importance of Spirit led ministry and its impact in the lives of hurting people. This does not mean that pastor Jason hasn’t understood personally the consequences of sin. Though being raised in church, by the time he was to reach his fifteenth birthday, he had already experienced the outcome of living a sinful life. He was addicted to drugs and alcohol, had been kicked out of numerous schools, and was suffering from deep depression. It was at this time that he called on the God that his Parents had taught him to serve and asked Jesus to enter into his heart. Since then Pastor Jason has served in church ministry as a music director, cell group leader and supervisor, youth director, and now as lead Pastor of Bay Apostolic Church. As Pastor of Bay Apostolic Church his passion is to reach the lost and the hurting with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has been married to his wife, Yukei Oceguera, for seventeen years. Together they work passionately in the ministry at BAC. They have an eleven-year-old son named Jason Jr.
